All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of placing an order. The date you receive your order will depend on the shipping method you select.

Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, ArtsCase.com offers free shipping on all domestic orders placed on our website, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions.
Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. ArtsCase.com understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, reason why we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 4-6 business days.
We process and ship orders Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time. Orders placed after 5pm PST will be processed the following business day.
We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) for Economy,
ArtsCase.com ships to a variety of international countries. Here are the lists of countries we ship to:

International shipping usually arrives within 10 - 15 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
Standard delivery is not available for international shipments.
International Shipping Restrictions
Delivery is not available for Post Office boxes.
Gift Card delivery to International addresses is not available.
International Taxes, Duties and Customs Fees
ArtsCase ships your package DDU, duties and taxes unpaid, and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office.
USPS's local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm that your order has been received. This email will contain your order number, which along with the zip code of your shipping address, will be all you need to track your order.
ArtsCase will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of you receiving your order. If an item is defective, ArtsCase will pay for shipping and handling costs associated with exchanging the defective item for a new one as long as the shipping it’s within the 50 states of the US. If you wish to return an item for any reason other than a defect, you will need to pay for shipping back to ArtsCase and the original shipping charge will not be refunded. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping.
